LOGAN Industries Expansion
For more than 70 years, LOGAN has offered the highest quality therapy, programs, and services to their clients with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Logan Industries, a social enterprise program of LOGAN based in a 90,000 square foot manufacturing facility, provides quality of life and employment opportunities for these clients.
Sales growth at Logan Industries over the past 5 years has resulted in increased employment opportunities for Logan clients and increased funding for programs. Accommodating that growth and allowing for expected future growth, however, requires an expansion of warehouse space beyond the current building.
Logan Community Resources submitted a grant request to the Foundation as part of a larger appeal that would allow them to fund the needed expansion. The Foundation, a longtime LOGAN supporter, approved their request based on the expected economic benefits.
